She is a retired teacher and enjoys getting to know people and being actively involved with the homeowners in the neighborhood. Ellen and her husband moved to Palm Harbor in 1961 and she has been living in Spanish Oaks since 1980. She is a retired teacher and enjoys getting to know people and being actively involved with the homeowners in the neighborhood. As the board’s secretary, Ellen’s top priority is making sure that property values are preserved and continue to increase. And she hopes that informed neighbors will want to keep Spanish Oaks a pleasant and friendly place to live.
Amy and her husband, Angel, moved from Dunedin to Spanish Oaks in April of 2023. Amy works from home, supporting the HR technology department of a pharmaceutical company. In their spare time, Amy and Angel enjoy kayaking, bike riding, and lounging poolside. They have four kids (two in college and a freshman and senior in high school). Th

Dawn is a Florida native who has made her home in beautiful Spanish Oaks since 1999 with her family. She truly enjoys the Florida ‘Salt Life’ whether it’s shelling on Honeymoon Island, paddle-boarding through the mangrove tunnels along Caladesi Island or fishing off-shore in the amazing gulf waters. She has served this wonderful voluntary HOA community in the past as a Board Director, then again beginning in 2015 as President of SOHA. She enjoys being a SOHA board representative and serving the interests of the SOHA homeowners!
Bill and his family have lived in Spanish Oaks subdivision since 2002. He served on the board years ago and is looking forward to serving again. Bill and his family have lived in Spanish Oaks subdivision since 2002. He served on the board years ago and is looking forward to serving again. Bill retired after 40 years with the Pinellas County School System and was also an adjunct professor at both the USF and St. Pete College. As Choral Director at Largo High School, Bill took his choirs on many European and domestic tours. As a professional singer, Bill now enjoys tours singing in Europe and domestically with the Zileinski Singers. Bill is the only remaining charter member of the Master Chorale of Tampa Bay. He also conducts the choir at St. Cecelia’s Catholic Church. Bill enjoys composing/arranging, travel, yard work, and likes being involved with activities throughout the area and the neighborhood.
