Please join your friends and neighbors at the Spanish Oaks Winter Festival!
The event will take place on Sunday December 8th from
1 PM - 5 PM on Forest Lane.
There will be a bounce house and slide for the kids, a horse-pulled hayride, caricature artist, animals for petting and even adoptable kittens!
If you would like to volunteer, please contact Nancy Meyer-Smith at 727-417-7144.
The SOHA Board will meet on Wednesday, December 4th. This is a budget-planning meeting attended by Board members only.
In addition, the Spanish Oaks Homeowners Association Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 21st. Homeowners will receive further information in a newsletter mailed in early January.
The SOHA is a non-profit community association in Palm Harbor, FL established in 1979. SOHA’s mission is to maintain the value of the property and a good quality of life for the entire residential community within, which includes rules and restrictions, CCRs, assessment collection, architectural review, and maintenance of common areas such as streetscapes in the center medians, and entrances at front and back.
The SOHA affairs are governed by the Board of Directors (BOD) guided by the statutes of the state of Florida. The Board of Directors is comprised of Spanish Oaks Homeowners who are volunteers elected at the Annual General Meeting in January.
If you have any questions or would like further information about the SOHA, buying or selling a home in Spanish Oaks, or desire to make changes to your home in Spanish Oaks, please contact us directly.
